About me
I write steamy paranormal, sci-fi, and contemporary romance under the name Lorraine Pearl. My main interest is in writing vampire stories, but I have branched out into other paranormal creatures including angels, demons, and shifters. I fell in love with vampires after seeing the movie Interview with the Vampire many years ago, and, of course, I immediately ran out to buy the first three books in Anne Rice's series. Although I love Lestat, my favorite vampire is Mick St. John, from the too-short-lived TV show, Moonlight. Well, he is my favorite on-screen vamp. My vamps are obviously my absolute favorites, but don't ask me to pick which one I love best. There's no way to choose.
I also write short erotic stories under the name D. L. Pearl. Many of these stories revolve around breeding, pregnancy, and birthing erotica in multiple sub genres.

My writing plans
I am currently writing The Nocturnal Surrender Series, my steamy vampire romance series. If you like steamy sci-fi romance, then you'll like my upcoming Intergalactic Raiders Series. I am also developing The Immortals of Marumar Series, a steamy angel and demon romance series. I am also working on some steamy contemporary romance books. You probably noticed the steamy theme going on here. What can I say? It's what I prefer to read, so it's also what I prefer to write.

I also have The Bred in Space Series, my erotic sci-fi short story series, as well as The Birthing Erotica Series, another short story series. Also, I have Taboo Erotica short stories (monster breeding) for the more adventurous reader. And, because the Taboo series is too hot for the Zon, I created a non-taboo series of monster breeding short erotic stories, The Bred by Monsters Series.
